Terms & Conditions:

Payment Terms: Clients are required to make full payment for individual therapy sessions or training programs in advance or at the beginning of each session, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Confidentiality of Records: All client records and information will be kept confidential in accordance with applicable laws. Clients may request access to their records in writing.
Termination of Services: The therapist reserves the right to terminate therapy or training services if the client engages in any form of inappropriate behavior or if continuing the services is deemed detrimental to the client or others.
Feedback and Testimonials: Clients may be requested to provide feedback or testimonials regarding their experience. The therapist may use these testimonials for promotional purposes, with the client's consent.
Technology Use: For virtual sessions, clients are responsible for ensuring a secure and private environment. The therapist is not liable for any breaches of confidentiality resulting from the client's use of technology.

Pricing Policy:

The pricing policy can differ from an individual session, coaching sessions, group therapy, online workshops as well as in person classes.

All personal and sensitive information shared during therapy sessions is strictly confidential. The therapist adheres to professional ethics and legal obligations regarding client confidentiality.

Cancellation & Refund:

Clients are expected to provide at least 48 hours' notice for session cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the client being charged for the missed session. The therapist also reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions with reasonable notice due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies.
In case of online & offline workshops there will be only transfer of seat, no refunds or cancellations one month prior to start date.
In case of online automated programs no cancellation or refunds once enrolled.

Shipment Details:

All the programs offered currently are online and hence online access would be provided.

Automated programs: Once the payment is processed the client will get immediate access to the wix platform where they can begin to go through the program at their own pace.

LIVE Programs: Once the payment is processed the client will get access to the wix platform where the LIVE program would be conducted at a specified date.
